In 1983 a father and a son took years of experience in the garage door industry, the drive to do things better, honesty, and the desire to guarantee customer satisfaction, and started Doors By Russ, Inc. Wes Horeni, Russ Horeni and 5 hard workers started back then and today have grown the company to what it is today.
In the mid 1980's, Wes and Russ were challenged to make sectional garage doors look like barn or carriage house doors.

TROUBLESHOOT: If the door opens and closes fine when you use the wall switch, there's a problem with the remote control.
Make sure you are holding the remote within range of the garage door opener and that the motor unit's antenna is hanging down.
Replace the batteries in the device if necessary and check that it has been correctly programmed.

You might need to purchase a new remote; make sure that it is compatible with your opener, or select a universal model.
