We had an issue with a spring breaking called for assistance and they came the next day. Gave us a window of 4-7 and were here at 4:15! Barry was great, so helpful and honest. Gave us a quote for exactly what we needed and didn't try to push us beyond that which is so rare! We did end up needing something for the second garage door so he did that as well, but at our request no pushy salesman. I am so thankful for how helpful and polite he was(even when our dog barked at him a lot). And he even helped fix the keypad which for him was simple, but had stumped me for months! Thank you so much Barry and 24 H garage doors, we will definitely be recommending you to neighbors and friends!

One of the cables on my garage snapped around noon today..I described my situation and sent a couple pics to 24 H Garage Doors and asked for a quote. They responded almost immediately.
Josh asked me to call him so we could discuss. We spoke and he was extremely personable, upbeat and very polite! He gave me a very reasonable quote and dispatched a technician by the name of Chris. Josh sent me a text message with Chris's phone number so that I would know it was actually Chris calling me later through caller ID.
Chris called me from the road and told me he was on his way..he was also cheerful and very polite.
Chris arrived on time and really surprised me with his people skills. There was a lot involved with this repair but he made it look easy. It was obvious he had lots of experience.
He completed the job quickly and now when my garage closes, it's 50 percent quieter the before.
This was the best experience I've ever had with any company, ever! They went above and beyond on every level.
