Our garage door would not go down. We noticed the cables off and called Action Door for repair. When Myles got here, we found out the spring was actually broken. Myles went all the way back to the shop in Grants Pass to get the spring we needed (we live in Merlin) and came back to install it for us. This was all after 5:00 at night! Not only did he fix the door, he checked our other garage doors and lubricated them for us before leaving.
