Very happy with my dealings with Window Depot. I had 8 windows replaced and will be using them for 5 more. Quick delivery (quicker than most other window dealers in area) and no hassle installation. I would highly recommend.

Got quotes from 3 companies. This was the only one that had not outrageous prices. They came to put in window and sliding door and were very nice. Worked fast, windows and door look great. Some issue with sliding glass door screen but they sent out someone to fix a few weeks after. I'd work with them again.

Just had windows installed by Window Depot. C. J. and his crew did a fantastic job. Great experience from consultation to installation. Did not try to upsale and did not talk negatively about competitors. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Had Window Depot install our new grid less windows. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a crack in one window and it was replaced when it came in. Robert and Anthony were also great and they cleaned up their mess. Ashley was easy to talk on the phone and also was very professional. Run don't walk to get your windows from Window Depot.

The administrative assistant Ashley and the sales manager Dave were very helpful and nice to work with. Originally they promised to deliver the windows in 4 to 6 weeks but on my request they did it in 3 weeks. I am very pleased for that.

I am completely happy with my new windows and every aspect of working with Windows Depot. Dave was a wonderful salesman - experienced and courteous. The installation was done in four hours (two rooms), The new windows reduce street noise and make my home more comfortable.

It was a pleasure working with all the folks at Window Depot USA of Raleigh. Speaking with Brad on the phone and having Dave come by the house to see what we needed. They were prompt, extremely nice and got our windows in in a timely manner. The installers were professional and left everything clean and nice. Ashley was so nice to speak with. If you need windows or doors these are the people to call.
