The functionality of Automatic Pedestrian Doors is crucial to the smooth and safe movement of traffic within your facility, as well as providing accessibility to all individuals. In accordance with ANSI Standard A156.10, the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) recommends that these doors undergo an annual inspection by a certified AAADM inspector to ensure proper operation.
To remain compliant with codes and regulatory agencies, fire rated doors necessitate annual inspections by a qualified inspector. The consequences of a failed inspection and non-compliance with regulations are the last thing a facility manager wants to face. NFPA 80 regulations mandate that fire doors must be fully functional and free of damage that could impede their operation.
Hollow metal doors, also known as "commercial doors," are gaining popularity among commercial property owners and are becoming a favored choice for new architects and interior designers. Essentially, these doors consist of a thick sheet of metal folded into a hollow door structure, as the name implies.
In commercial buildings, panic devices are essential for ensuring safety. Business owners can feel uncomfortable with the issue of negligence and safety, which can burden them with liability. However, the installation of panic devices can help people escape a building safely and conveniently, reducing the liability burden.
A significant number of people are unaware that various types of doors are suitable for specific situations. For instance, fire escapes that feature a spacious stairwell require a particular exit device, commonly referred to as a "push bar." This enables people to evacuate the building conveniently without twisting or turning a knob. The installation of exit devices can enhance efficient navigation within commercial buildings and ensure safety compliance.

We needed a fire door push bar fixed as a result of a fire inspection and I found them on Google and they came out the very next day and fixed the door for a fraction of the cost that the inspection company quoted. The technician was very polite and very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend.

We worked with Commercial Door Worx to fix doors on a condo unit that we had been trying to YEARS to fix. and Commercial Door Worx had the expertise that we had been unable to find! They got it done quickly, had impressive communication (keeping us up to date on status of parts being ordered, expected completion date, and were accurate / under budget in their cost estimates). Jody was a joy to work with, and always on top of it. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Commercial Door Worx. Our freight company damaged our door and we could not open it to ship, this was a big problem for us. Commercial door worx had a 2 week backlog, but they promised to come out and get to us ASAP. They had a cancellation and called the next day and were over in a few hours. The door was fixed the next day after the evaluation. Fixed fast and works better than before it was damaged. Fast, Friendly, and Professional!
