After a horrible experience with a different company, I called Veteran Garage Door Company. The person I spoke with on the phone was great. She got me scheduled for the next day and followed up with a text right after our phone call explaining the process. The next day, Kevin, the technician, texted me his arrival time, arrived when he said he would, and completed the job in less than an hour. All in all, I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them next time.

Y'all! It's The Fourth of July today, and Sergio STILL came and replaced our broken spring at 9 AM this morning! I figured that 100% we would not hear from anybody until July 5, and that would have been totally understandable, but veteran garage door repair, went far above and beyond my expectations and had us back up and running within one hour! I requested service from this company this morning because the spring on my garage door was broken. Sergio came out, gave me an amazing estimate, and completed the service in roughly an hour and a half, plus lubed all of the joints, which is an added value. Customer service was awesome, no sales pitch, just very friendly overall. I will definitely contact this company again for my garage door maintenance needs.

Veterans Garage Door Service is excellent and very reasonable in price. Codie arrived at the start of my 2 hour window. He solved my safety sensor issue promptly plus lubricated the rollers and tightened screws on the tracks. It took about 30 minutes. I will definitely use this company in the future.

This is the third time I have used Veteran Garage Door Repair, twice for my work and the last at my personal residence. Every time without fail, they did everything they told me they would do. From the arrival time to fully explaining the cause and effect to making the repairs on time and for the amount quoted. Unbelievably great service. The spring on my garage door broke at 10pm. Both cars were trapped inside. I called at 10:30 pm and had a return call at 8am. They were able to send Martin to my house by 9am. He was excellent. He replaced the broken spring and my worn rollers by a little after 10am. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work on a garage door.

Very positive experience. They were able to schedule an appt same day. The tech contacted me to say he was on his way. He came at the time expected. Looked iver the situation and provided the estimated charge. Got the problem resolved and the charges were very reasonable. Great service and follow up to see if everything was ok. Trent replaced the springs to our garage door. He provided two estimates, one with the springs and bearings and then one with just the springs. Trent explained the differences, making it understandable as to which was the best way to go. I recommend Trent and Veteran Garage Door Repair for any repairs to garage doors.

I had the garage door and motor replaced by this company. From the estimate phase all the way to installing the passcodes on the wireless keypad and my car, the service was excellent. The old door and motor were expertly removed and gladly disposed of. Starting with the very reasonable quotation and welcoming demeanor, I would unquestionably recommend them for all aspects of the service. Trent repaired my garage spring and rollers and rail rollers. He did a needed inspection and made me aware of his game plan. I have a more modern spring/ roller system. Much safer since my stuff was at least 30 years old. I had a new opener put in a few months ago but that company did not inspect and find all the needed items Trent did. He is professional and had my safety in mind. Thanks Trent, the company can be very proud of you. Great knowledge and he educated me a lot.
