Highly recommended-you can't go wrong with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I had a snapped spring, and the original installers wanted an exorbitant amount to fix it. I called VGD, and they came out within half an hour, gave a no-obligation quote and fixed it within one hour at a very fair price. Great company. Very professional. Our door came off the track and wasn't operable. Technician arrived in the window it was originally booked and reached out to let me know when they'd arrive. Ulysses was pleasant, honest, and forthright with our options. As we're on a budget I was apprehensive and he worked with us. He had warned that there is an issue with our foundation and it was causing the problem.
When inevitably the door came off the track again despite our best efforts I contacted the company again and when he returned he helped us out again and was very easy to work with. Would do business with again and would recommend.

I called Veteran in the morning and set a service call for the afternoon. I explained to Alex, the service tech, the multiple issues we were having with the garage door, and he got work immediately. He adjusted the tension spring, the wires and drums, replaced the rollers, and performed general maintenance all in under an hour. We also had issues with our old remote not communicating with the sensor, so he suggested replacing it with a new one and it worked instantly. If you're looking for a professional job done right with courtesy, this company is for you.

Overall amazing experience with this company! Scheduling is very easy and convenient! They technician (Nathan) texted as he promised and came on time, professionally determined the spring type that broke, didn't try to sell more expensive options, just explained to me and let me made the decision. Installed it pretty quick and did some door maintenance, checked all the joints and put grease where needed. Very reasonable price and very good communication, service and overall experience. Very impressed and hope other companies take this example.
