We came home super late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our garage door spring had broken. Saturday morning, we called VGD and had a technician out before noon, and repairs were completed before 1pm. They were wonderful and VERY affordable. Will use them again for anything to do with our garage and already referred them to a friend of ours!

One of the neighbors kids left a broom in the track and when I closed my garage door that night, it somehow messed the cable pull system on the left side up and caused the door to jam crooked. Veteran Garage Door Repair not only came out with 25 minutes of my call the next morning, but was gracious to use my brand new rollers that I had bought the last time I repaired my garage door. $313 to fix everything and it comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Will definitely be calling them again if my garage door ever messes up.

Veteran Garage Door Repair's emergency repair was excellent. There were drums and loose cables everywhere. After detailing and showing me the problem, the technician quickly proceeded to work. I had Veterans come out to fix a broken spring. The Tech (Nick) called and let me know he will be here in 30 min and was on time. There was no charge for him to look over the broken spring - he got here looked it over and quoted a very fair price. Suggested a few things but not pushy at all. He completed the repair and the total price was what he said. Very professional and highly recommended!

This garage door company fixed our broken garage door. It started to open but froze after rising just halfway. We closed and reopened it, but nothing changed. I called Veteran Garage based in google reviews. many 5 stars. I scheduled, they came on time. They identified problem with my garage door, never tried to "upsell" anything, in fact they talked me out of buying new motor until the one i have dies. I was really impressed with the level of honesty and transparency. They tuned up rails and wheels. I will be calling them when I need any garage service and will recommend to friends and family. 5 star service very much appreciated!

Theses guys know service. Called Keller office and had someone out the next day. Trent called me to see if I could meet with him a little early, don't remember if that has ever happened with a service company. Trent knows his business and took care of me. Zach arrived at the time he told us he would arrive. My garage door opener which was 23 years old was shot. In an hour and 20 minutes he had removed all parts of the old opener and installed a completely new opener with rails and belt etc. He was polite and very good at installing the complete garage door opener. He was fun to visit with and when he finished the installation he had everything cleaned up.
He then took the time to explain the different things the unit would do as well as an app that went with the unit and the different things you could do through the app. I would definitely have Zach work on any garage door, opener etc. problems I might have.
