I had an emergency and required a repair immediately; however, the person I left a message for did not get back to me quickly. So, I called the Veteran Garage Door Repair experts, who arrived to help me out within the hour. After requesting the installation of a keypad, the task was completed immediately. I called at 8:30 AM due to a broken torsion spring. Aaron was at my house by 10:45, explained the various options and costs for the spring replacement, offered to upgrade the plastic rollers to better rollers with bearings and had all the work done in an hour, including cleaning up the door components and greasing things that needed it. I'm very happy with the service and love how much quieter it operates now. Thanks!

Our garage door decided to stop closing the week of a hard freeze, and Veteran Garage Door Repair was out there the SAME DAY. Oscar had us fixed up in less than half an hour and was so patient because I had so many errands to run while he was here. He even noticed another cable fraying and fixed that for us. I was so grateful to get it fixed before the snow comes tomorrow and able to sleep peacefully knowing our garage door wasn't wide open all night. Very professional service with a kind expert! We'll definitely be calling them when our garage door kicks the bucket.
