I needed a new garage door and I called around to several companies. This was on a Friday during the pandemic. I got voice mail with most of them. The ones I talked to said they would send some one out "next week." I finally called Easy Fix Garage Door and got a live person. I explained my situation and she said someone would get back with me. I was surprised when someone called me 30 minutes later!
He said Jesse would come out between 12 and 2 today! This was at 11:00 a.m. Jesse called me at 1:00 and said he was on the way. He was very nice and not the least bit pushy. We discussed options and he was patient with all my questions. He said he could install a new one on Monday at a price that was lower than I anticipated. When I came home from work Monday, I had a new electric garage door that opened quietly and efficiently.
He even made some other adjustments to the tracking system that I had messed up. These guys are the real deal. Ben did a great job! He was on time, worked quickly, was personable, knowledgeable, and reasonable with his price.
